I forgot my password


Gesture allows a number of different ways to recover username or password. You can do this either using email or phone number. If you still require additional assistance please reach out to courier services at couriers@yourgesture.com




I can't sign in to my account


Please ensure you that you have inputted the correct information. If you are still experiencing issues please send an SMS to 347-470-0754 letting us know your issue. Please include your courier ID.




How does Gesture work?


Gesture is an application for IOS and Android devices that allows you to instantly send tangible thoughtful gifts to anyone in New York City. You are expected to deliver gifts within 30 minutes, from the time the order is received. All transactions are a flat fee.




How do I create a Gesture account?


Simply go to to yourgesture.com and click the “Become a G-Runner" button, which will then ask you for your name, phone, email and some of your experience. Once you submit your information, someone from our courier operations team will get back to you as soon as possible.




Can I become a G-Runner as a minor?


In order to be a G-Runner you have to be 21 years of age.




Error adding a payment method/bank account


You are required to enter your banking information onto the Stripe Connect payment platform upon iniital sign up to be a courier. If you still encounter an error please email couriersupport@yourgesture.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 hour hours.




My phone or email is already in use

Updating account settings


To update or make a change in your bank account, phone number or email, simply go to the settings page on the Gesture Courier App, you will then be able to edit all of your information.

Am I rated as a courier


Currently the user does not have the ability to rate you as a courier. However, we do have internal systems that measure performance, such as speed, accuracy and diligence. This can and will have a direct impact on your ability to deliver on the Gesture platform. We will be implementing a new rating system soon.
